Creating functional, welcoming, and contemporary workspaces is the shared goal of Viganò & C. and Level Office Landscape. Through a collaborative approach with clients, it is possible to design tailored offices where aesthetics meet functionality to enhance employee well-being, boost productivity, and foster interpersonal relationships.
Following this vision, Viganò & C., Level Office Landscape, and architects Gianluca Lazzati and Nicola Crivelli oversaw the renovation of CNP Vita’s Milan offices, transforming them into an innovative and dynamic workspace.
For this project, Viganò & C. provided a wide range of modern and functional solutions designed to meet the needs of comfort, ergonomics, and versatility. The Adele and Winner chairs ensure maximum support during working hours, with an ergonomic design that combines elegance and practicality. In the relaxation areas, the Cubino, Greg, and George sofas create welcoming and versatile spaces, perfect for breaks and social interactions, while the Tommy pouf adds a touch of dynamism and flexibility.
In the operational areas and meeting rooms, the Felix and Jack tables offer functional and aesthetically harmonious surfaces, while the Fred model stands out for its versatility. Special attention was given to the modularity and customization of the spaces, with the inclusion of height-adjustable desks and stools like TED, allowing employees to alternate between sitting and standing, improving posture and well-being.
Multifunctional furniture pieces like Maggy, Ginger, and Madam Collettività contribute to creating a fluid and dynamic work environment, fostering collaboration among colleagues and adapting to both operational workstations and shared spaces. Thanks to Viganò & C.’s solutions, the workspace has been designed to encourage interaction and communication, transforming the office into a more welcoming and stimulating place.
“In recent years, the ability to work from home has made the job market increasingly demanding. During interviews, candidates ask what tools the company offers to help balance personal and professional life. After the renovation, we observed a strong sense of attachment to the office: attendance remains high because the spaces allow people to experience work in a natural and enjoyable way”, said Paola Ramoino, Head of Facilities & Building Management at CNP Vita.
The goal of the project was to create a cheerful, dynamic, and fresh environment that makes daily work life more enjoyable. The spaces were designed not only to maximize productivity but also to offer a welcoming and stimulating place that enhances people’s well-being and encourages collaboration. With the perfect combination of design, ergonomics, and functionality, CNP Vita’s offices serve as a model of innovation, transforming the workplace into an environment that enhances both comfort and productivity.
